Aug 26, 2016 · Hello Roy I have a question on a dd13. I have a DD13 with a no start issue. My commanded fuel pressure is at 310 bar and the measured is at 20 bar. It is not setting off a code. KW/NW is true. Fuel system is primed. I took the line off the pressure limiting valve while cranking and there is no fuel coming from there.
